ANAL FISSURE
Anal fissures
are small tears in the lining of the anus. Some causes of anal fissures include
hard, dry bowel movements, diarrhea& inflammation in the anorectal area.
Symptoms include pain, bleeding & itching.
Diagnosis:-
Avoid finger insertion Examination.
Treatment
(Fissure KIT) :-
If fissure
length is more, than Matra Basti is best line of treatment, sometimes if
internal pile mass, we will observe history of repeated bleeding. So advice one
course of this medicine
1.
KalyanaKshara: 3 pinch -0- 3 pinch take in a mouth
leaveit for 2-3 minutes then drink Luke warm water (as a paniyaKshara).
2.
AvipattikaraChurna + Yastimadhutaila: 1 tsf ofAvipattikaraChuran mix with 1
tsf of Yastimadhutaila mixed with Luke worm water then drink before food 2
times a day.
3. KankayanaVati:
1-0-1 capsule After Food.
4.
KshirabalaTaila: - Take a piece of cotton dip in oil
thenkeep in anal canal. 5-6 times a day. Avoid direct application.
Discussion:-
If fissure is large, chronic &
visible wound Matra Basti with Yastimadhu Taila with 75ml is drug of choice.
With 10ml Syringe also we can advise in our clinic.
