ANAL FISTULA :-

Anal fistula is an abnormal tunnel that connects infected glands inside the anus to the opening of the skin around the anus. Symptoms include pain, anal skin irritation, pus drainage, fever and swelling.
-: Treatment (Fistula KIT):-

1.  KalyanaKashara:- 3 pinch -0- 3 pinch take in a mouthleave it for 2-3 minutes then drink Luke warm water (as a PaniyaKshara).

2. KasesadiGhrutha:-advice to apply on fistula.

3. GandakaVati:-1-0-1 capsule after food.

4. PanchatiktaGugguluGhrutha:- 1tsf with hot water Afterfood 2 times a day.

5. AvipattikaraChurna:-1tsf with hot water after food 2times a day.
6. TriphalaChurna (Advice sitz bath with Triphala Kashaya).
SYRINGING PROCEDURE:-


          If the track is open, drain the pus completely then Kaseasedi Ghrutha mixed with kshirabalaTaila is load in a 5-10ml syringe (without needle) then insert in opened fistula push with pressure. Through this procedure we can manage fistula without Kshara sutra.
